Shipping policy

Order Processing: 

Please allow 72 hours to process your order. Expect an email within 3 business days to let you know your order is on the way.

Shipping:

Orders generally arrive within 1-10 business days, depending on location of the shipper and the final delivery address. We do not ship alcoholic products to Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Hawaii, Michigan, Mississippi, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, or to military bases or PO boxes. We also do not ship any products to locations outside of the United States at this time.

Delivery Requirements:

Orders containing alcoholic products require that the recipient be 21+ and that they present the shipper with a valid form of ID before the package can be released. For a smooth delivery, please ensure that you, or someone 21+ who can receive the package on your behalf, be available during the delivery window.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges: 

We want to be sure you're happy with your purchase. If you would like to return your order, email service@getliquidrails.com within 30 days of delivery to submit a request. Your entire order must be unused, and you will be responsible for paying and organizing shipment back to the retailer. Please note, refunds are subject to approval by the retailer who fulfilled the order.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email service@getliquidrails.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition, so that we can reach a satisfactory resolution as quickly as possible.

We do not accept exchanges.
