We love quinoa for its water-saving benefits: it requires an average of 12.5 inches of water per acre to farm, compared to barley's 21.6 inches per acre.
We source our organic quinoa from ethical suppliers who produce the worlds finest, most nutritious seeds. Compared to a typical beer, our ingredients are costlier and harder to source, but we believe that the best, cleanest ingredients make the best, cleanest beer.
We also opt for printed cans (instead of stickers or sleeves) to ensure the meli journey ends in a recycling plant and not a landfill.
